1. Agreement to Terms

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Blossom Skin & Health Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not place any order.

2. Definitions

“Products” means the dietary supplements and related goods we sell through the Site. “Order” means a purchase request you submit via the Site.

3. Product Information

We strive to keep product information on the Site accurate. However, colours, images and ingredient details may differ from the actual product, and items may be out of stock. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; they are dietary supplements that support health maintenance.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) where stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or a system error is detected. All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

5. Shipping

Products are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We take reasonable responsibility for delays or loss occurring in transit.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, text, images, design) is the intellectual property of us or our licensors. It may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. As a consumer you retain the rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
